Dr Mohammad Rahbani-Noubar is professor of clinical biochemistry and head of clinical biochemistry department of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. He is also director of central laboratory of Tabriz cardiac surgery center. Dr. Rahbani graduated in Pharmacy from Tabriz university of Medical Sciences-Iran in 1969. He received his MSc in 1974 and PhD in 1978 from faculty of Medicine, University of Newcastle upon Tyne-UK in clinical biochemistry.
Dr M Rahbani teaches General biochemistry and Cinical biochemistry to medical, pharmacy and paramedical students in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. He Also gives lectures to MSc and PhD students in Clinical biochemistry and supervise the postgraduate students.
Dr M Rahbani is member of association of clinical biochemistry since 1974.

Dr Rahbani's current research program covers Biochemistry of atherosclerosis, Free radicals in disease, Antioxidants, vitamins, Enzymes and Trace elements.
