Curriculum Vitae:

Dr. Hossein Babaei is Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.  He graduated in Pharmacy from School of Pharmacy-Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 1989.  He then received a postgraduate scholarship from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences to study at school of pharmacy (Bradford university, UK) and received his PhD in 1998.  His Pharm D thesis title was "Effect of 3-Amino Pyridine on Acetylcholine Output from Chick Biventure Muscle", and his PhD studies was about "Comparative Effects of Oestrogens and Related Substances on Vascular Smooth Muscle".

Dr. Babaei currently teaches Pharmacology in different PhD courses including:  Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Nutrition, and also to Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry and Paramedical students at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.
